Dear @BERNARD AMOFA JANTUA !!!
I hear you are going round the delegates peddling some untruth and it’s important I correct them:
1. Stop this joke of loan promises. These are simply tactics to deceive delegates. We, the delegates, are not naïve and cannot be taken for granted or misled by such gimmicks.
2. Stop the false claim that you brought me to contest as MP for Bantama. When I first filed my nomination to contest against Hon. Cecilia Dapaah in 2008, you were nowhere near Bantama politics. You were not part of the constituency structure and had no involvement whatsoever.
3. In 2011, when I contested with Hon. Kokofu, you were an executive member, a friend and personally known to my wife’s family. However, you were not a member of my campaign team, certainly not my campaign manager. That claim is an absolute untruth.
During that contest, you never publicly declared support for me and you maintained close relations with Hon. Kokofu as well.
4. This election is not about ministerial appointments. It is about choosing a candidate who stands the best chance of winning power for the NPP. On that score, the facts are clear: Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is the candidate who has already been marketed nationally and presents our strongest path to victory.
