In a touching gesture of love and remembrance, a local  couple has chosen to name their newborn after a cherished  political God-father , honoring the deep connection and enduring legacy of someone dear to their hearts.

Born on 9th September 2024, baby Monalisa Asenso-Boakye  carries a name that symbolizes both tradition and se

ntiment.  

Mr and Mrs Nsafoa revealed that the decision was made to honor Hon Francis Asenso-Boakye a person whose influence and presence shaped their lives profoundly.

“We wanted our child to grow up knowing the values and love that Hon Francis Asenso-Boakye embodied,” said  Nsafoa . 

“This name is a way to keep their memory alive and ensure that their spirit remains part of our family’s story.”

The honoree, remembered for his kindness, strength, and unwavering support that has played a pivotal role in the couple’s lives. Naming their child after him, the couple explained, was a heartfelt way of expressing gratitude and ensuring that the legacy continues for future generations.
