The 2028 election is not one that will be won through insults, attacks, or needless confrontation with the NDC. It will be won by convincing people especially floating voters and by reconnecting with our own members and sympathizers who, for one reason or another, chose not to vote for the NPP in 2024.

Our communication should not be driven by anger, fights, slander, or vituperative language. It should be compelling, persuasive, and reassuring. It must heal wounds, restore confidence, and inspire hope among our grassroots supporters while presenting a positive case to undecided voters.

How do you expect a committed NDC supporter to consider the NPP if your communication strategy is built solely on personal attacks and insults? That is not strategic political communication; it is a communication deficit.

As we prepare for 2028, let us elect a Communications Officer who can effectively engage floating voters, rebuild trust with disappointed party members, and unite the rank and file behind a common purpose.

Our focus should not be consumed by attacking personalities such as Frank Amoakohene, Isham Alhassan, Sammy Gyamfi, Eric Adjei, or Kissa John Morrison. No amount of insults directed at them will translate into votes for the NPP.

The facts from the 2024 election are clear: the NPP did not only lose because of opposition votes. We also suffered from low turnout among our own supporters, reduced enthusiasm among sympathizers, and an inability to attract enough floating voters.

If we are serious about returning to power in 2028, our first assignment is to communicate effectively within our own party, consolidate our support base, rekindle the confidence of disappointed members, and present a compelling alternative that attracts neutral and floating voters.

Victory in 2028 will not be achieved through louder attacks. It will come through better persuasion, greater unity, and communication that inspires confidence.
