Nsafoacare: the success story.

Growing up as a kid , i have always aspired to be a teacher , a teacher of substance, and a teacher who would be a blessing 🙌 unto others.

It's not surprising that right after college as the SRC Fin Sec, i worked with the likes of Mr Takyi Prosper [Now Regional GNAT chairman], Opoku Mensah [Now Pro for GES], Akwasi Amposah[Nat TTAG Patron], Adjei Kwame Nkrumah[Lecturer Knust], Kpodo John[Former UCC SRC President] and the likes as ASBA TTAG executives.

Prior to the declaration of intent, I presented a 3 in one Printer,[copier,printer,scanner],a bundle of A4 sheetand one box of Nosemask to GNATOC [Sowah's Administration].

I also presented 43 pieces of elephant 🐘 branded plastic hand sanitisers during the outbreak of covid 19.

As part of the NsafoaPregnantCare, major beneficiaries were female teachers, and all of them got packages with a lucky winner going home with 24pcs of Softcare diaper

The 500gh intervention scheme for fees also saw 32 beneficiaries, and it indeed touched a life.

Change of banks, management units for teachers with troublesome heads, promotions, change of grades, and points were a click working with Chairman Banayo [then Aspirant].

Nsafoa, as the Local Nugs President, never neglected the teacher on campus, but all policies s were crafted to an extent to benefit his own [Teachers].

The Nugs-Gnatoc softloan scheme, which saw a 100-200gh intervention payable without interest[74 beneficiaries] 16 defaults as of now].

Nugs-Bajo soundbar Project where soundbars were given to solely teachers and students who could get a teacher as a guarrantor.[500gh at 5months Instalments].

Nugs-Femine Support, which saw about 17 pregnant mothers each receiving a package and 3 lucky ones going home with an *electronic sewing machine, baby wardrobe,rechargeable fun, and Diapre.*

The Nugs Kitchen-ware Project and the 4k Samsung TV project also saw 8 beneficiaries who took smart television sets at a give away prices and on instalments.

It's refreshing to note that , in my quest to secure for the teacher a moderate accommodation whilst on study - leave, plans were far advanced by collaborating with Abbey Herbal Clinic to establish the *GNATOC-Village* but was not successful due to structural defect of the building which is currently under reconstruction.

NSS registration: After noticing how important it is to have the nss certificate and as prerequisites for foreign sponsored programs , i have thought it wise to help all my colleague teachers in level 400 who wish to do their nss to have them placed or reposted to thier permanent stations as a field teacher and nss personel.

I never hesitated in making my office a partial NAGRAT office in keeping Souvinirs for colleagues when one Mr Boampong called on me.

One of my biggest challenges was the Nugs Drive 🚗 clinic, which saw a very good start with about 84 students and mostly teachers learning how to drive and licence Acquisitions Eventhough i had no idea of certain payments made to the instructor, i accept the responsibility of his actions and he has made conscious efforts to settle almost except few who traded with him at the blind side of nugs secretariate.

I am Nsafoa Emmanuel, a teacher and aspire to be a great polician in future. A polotician that will not only exist in name but deeds and creating impacts in the life's of others.
